Knock Knock, who’s there?

I love creating value by designing thoughtful and useful products. Learning about New Media, A.I and design at NUS fortified that passion for technology and the impact I could make.

Curious about UX in the A.I industry and how it could be used to solve problems for businesses, I broke into the tech industry from my non-tech related major in NUS by interning while studying and eventually working full time as a Voice User Interface Designer (they called it Artificial Intelligence Customer Experience Designer (A.I CX) at a startup called WIZ.AI. At this role, I created conversational A.I solutions to automate customer services for business with my wonderful team. 

But I create value and problem solve in a more systematic manner.

In 2022, I took the leap and decided to join General Assembly’s UX intensive bootcamp to become a better problem solver. Week 1 started with me fumbling with figma and pulling all nighters and by week 12, there was one mobile app, three websites and a burning passion for the product design field.

Then I got a wonderful job at One Good Card, a digital namecard company where I was a product designer for their web app, upcoming mobile application and dashboard that their customers would use to manage their digital profiles. I made wireframes, screens and many wonderful memories with my colleagues. I loved my time there.
